We would be grateful if you could kindly read this personal announcement.

From April 2026, our daughter will begin elementary school.

Her daily schedule will change significantly.
She will return home much earlier than before — sometimes around noon, and at the latest around 2:30 PM.

We will make every effort to arrange appropriate after-school care programs, both at school and externally, in order to minimize any impact on our operations.
However, she will be present in the restaurant after 8:00 PM.

At present, she is also expected to be in the restaurant throughout the day on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

As this marks a new stage for our family, there may be a period of adjustment after April.
We will continue to carefully assess the situation and make the best possible decisions as we move forward.

Until now, we have closed at 9:30 PM to accommodate a 10:00 PM pickup.
From April onward, in consideration of our child’s health and daily rhythm, we will continue to close at 9:30 PM.

Although we operate within certain family circumstances, we remain fully committed to maintaining the quality of both our cuisine and dining atmosphere.
