“P greco” in Nishitenma, Osaka, is an Italian restaurant
specializing in seafood-focused course menus.
Chef Shunsuke Fukumoto, who holds deep respect for Japan’s climate and culinary heritage,
creates every dish by himself using ingredients primarily sourced from the Osaka area and across western Japan.
Guests are welcomed with attentive service by sommelier Tomomi Fukumoto.
Each of Shunsuke Fukumoto’s dishes reflects his commitment to carefully engaging with each ingredient,
transforming them into vibrant expressions of flavor.
These creations are made possible through the dedication of producers, distributors,
and wholesalers who provide truly exceptional ingredients.
Only when these ingredients are carefully prepared and presented to
our guests do they come together as a complete course meal.
As we mark our 10th anniversary, we invite you to experience “The Four Seasons of P greco,”
a culinary journey shaped by years of refinement and discovery.
